Classroom sizes are limited to five or six people in a small location and fifteen people in a larger environment. There are twenty high quality rooms which are designed to meet the standards of professional restaurants and hotels but have an essence of home to make students more comfortable to portray their talent. This technique helps students to feel at home but still perform in the same manner when they are thrown in a much more professional environment.
